Team of the Week
AC Barella really put the Alternating Current into the name this week coming at Chrish one way and then changing direction and swinging back to hit again and so on and so forth. Bruno smashed 11, Bowen swung back with 7, Tripps dropped 9, Alisson with 6, Mbuemo and Mr Anderson 5, Chrish never stood a chance getting smacked upside his head left right and centre. Great week for Rodo and a great week got the GD.
Match of the Week
Think we might call this a draw, well a draw that contains a draw, a win and a loss that’s all noteworthy. To be honest we’re going big with 3 games of the week and they all revolve around the final game of GW11. Wally and Dev played out a draw with Dev somehow snatching a draw from the jaws of victory having a sizable lead going into the Spuds Chelsea game but 4 goals conceded for Vicario, Maddison hobbling off and Kulu dropping 7 points stole Wally a point. Tiny carried on his new lease of life as he held off the advances of Sterling and an assist and Mary v Ed flipped reversed it as Martboy ended up with a -4 for a player which was the exact amount he lost by. All in all a great GW with multiple games changing track throughout an absolutely bonkers game of Var with some football thrown in.
Player of the Week
Grant and/or Phil Mitchell rocked up with 15pts this weekend for Vivian Brophy. A goal, a clean sheet and 3 bps is mighty fine work and pretty much the most perfect return for a defender. Lovely stuff. That is all unfortunately I can muster up to say about Mitchell, didn't ever think he'd grace this award and kind of always thought of him as one of lifes NPC's.
Chump of the Week
For me Clive this is between 2 lads. One is a manager and the other a player. The Manager in question is Mr Cummins of TSFC infamy. This weekend he became the second to fall to the might of Tiny and whilst that’s no real bad thing now that particular hymen has burst the bit that makes him shit is the amount of points left on the bench and all players that were in and out of the team before he finally settled on a losing XI. Error. The player though is an even bigger cunt. Romero done goofed and brought home a -4 for Mary who can’t seem to buy a win or a bit of luck this weekend. In theory you should be delighted when your opponent doesn’t play a hat trick hero but Romero pulled the pin out of his own hand grenade and tried to take as many people with him as possible. It was brilliant. The lad is a proper cunt and there is nothing I enjoy more than watching him get sent off and subsequently Spurs shit the bed with awful tactics and lose heavily.
Dawkins of the Week
That man Adringa, I’m not even joking when I say I have to google him every week. He plays for Brighton apparently. Fuck knows.
