Team of the Week
A now regular of this particular accolade Mr Ed Clarke takes team of the week again with a whooping 66 pts. The highest scoring DM in the history of the game Rodri got 13, Watkins 14 and fucking Hudson Odoi scored 11. Throw in 6 for White and ever present Gross with 8 and you got yourself a real delicious stew going on. Recent weeks have been epic from the man from 9th with some real silly high scores which leaves him sitting pretty atop the tree but only by 3 points which highlights how tight the league is this season. Special shoutout to Wally for dismantling Rudi with a score of 60 and TSFC for scoring 63 and taking the 3pts for the 3rd time tis season against 1st pick. Picks 7,8 & 9 really flexing their muscles this week.
Match of the Week
Got to be Mary v Niall. Had a little bit of everything, big scores, little scores, people forgetting it was a double GW, both teams scoring high, tight all the way to the end, multiple players not playing, doom and gloom from both players and a tense finish. Tres Bien lads, very enjoyable some may even say it was absolutely clarting....
Player of the Week
Not one but dos winners this week. Both play for Liverpool and enjoyed a double GW so maybe it’s a little unfair but Kev Mac Allister and Cody Gakpo delivered a delicious 17pts for their managers Warren and Lee. Good lads all round. Player of the week not involved in a double GW goes to….Mr Bukayo Saka dropping 15 in a single game who is also a TSFC fan favourite. Good week at TSFC towers it seems.
Chump of the Week
Hey Rudi….that’s 7 in a row now and if we stretch back a touch further it’s 9 losses in the last 10 matches. Das is not good. I’ll be kind though and give you a hint, maybe stop playing an injured Jesus, just a thought.
Dawkins of the Week
Murillo. Here was my thought process. “Who the fuck is that? Have I scored him before? Does he play for a promoted team? No, none of them….oh fuck Forest, they have 65 players…..and there we go.” Maybe it’s on me but GW25 and new names are still popping up. Hopefully the first and last time I ever have think about Murillo.
