Team of the Week
Like a bat out of hell Chrishy stormed in the team of the week spot with an absolute haul from Palmer during the last game of the GW. Not only is 68pts an impressive score but he also out a stop to the best winning run of the season with TSFC having won 8 on the bounce. No clean sweeps here just a Palmer (20), Flekken (11) and Odegaard (11) doing some naughty things. Man needed this win too in the race for 6th as Big Man picked up the limpest easiest win against a Toby team who barely turned up.
Match of the Week
We as a league are providing the fire, The EPL however is raging at the moment. It can only be Chelsea v United in a hilarious showing of two fallen giants who more resemble Sunday league teams a the moment. It was pure comedy from both teams and to top it off the biggest winner of this match was in fact our team of the week Blackburn Ravers.
Player of the Week
Split winners this week with 2 young English talents stealing the limelight as Foden and Palmer dropping 20pts each in the battle between TSFC and BR. A quite remarkable game saw both players score a hattrick and whilst they essentially cancelled each other out they pushed their respective teams scores into a much better place. With lads like this England are guaranteed to win the Euros right?
Chump of the Week
Again maybe it’s me mellowing out in my old age but none of you cunts deserve this this week. No really chumpy behaviour and even though Rudi lost he gave it a good go this week and only lost by 2pts scoring more than 4 other teams in the process. So once again no Chump of the Week.
Dawkins of the Week
Onyedinma caused me issues but aside from that we are Dawkinsless too. Very positive and good vibey week boys.
