Team of The Week
Finally 1st pick has stepped up and scored the biggest in a GW and boy was it needed. 51 to 48 in favour of Cherish over Rodo in a tight yet slightly underwhelming match. Don’t let the score fool you this was a game built on defences and one attacking scorer each. Guehi with 15 was the main lad but Bruno chipped in with 10 and the rest? Well it’s a good lesson that 2 and 3 points per player can all add up. Personally I want more pizzaz out my 1st pick.
Match of The Week
TSFC v Atletico is the game of the week but for all the wrong reasons. This originally came up as a draw when I first scored it and due to that it needed a rescore as is the way with tight results. This led to the discovery of error 1 and this one was my fault. Basically we have too many Anderson/sen’s in the league and I have no fucking idea who is who but when I realised there was no way Tiny was playing 2 Fulham players I found out he had a Leeds player called Anderson who didn’t play this weekend. 3pts lost right there. After that there was a whole debacle with FPL Alerts but I’ll save that for another thrilling day. Dramama in the shittest match of the week.
Player of The Week
He’s been named already and he may have seen his dream move slip through his Christ loving, Bible thumping, alter boy fiddling fingers but he still delivered 15pts to ensure Blackburn Ravers stayed our only 100% team.
Chump of the Week
This is the other thrilling day. Fuck you FPL Alerts, you’ve been a stalwart in my life for years but you’ve screwed the pooch now. Scores were all correct up until the GW ended and they just decided to delete all the new defensive contribution points. It was there and then it wasn’t. Fucking annoying and fuck you.
Quelle Surprise of The Week
TSFC and VV Brophy both somehow winning a game with exactly the same score. I don’t know what is more surprising, the scoreline or that they both won. It’s going to be a dark season for this lads.
Dawkins of The Week
Anderson (Leeds), I mean I’ve only just got to grips with there being an Anderson who plays midfield for Forest so excuse me if I couldn’t give a damn about another one at Leeds. Play him 2 more times please Tiny and promptly chuck him in the sea. Nmecha is here again because fuck that guy.
